Sustainability ReportThis report has been prepared with reference to the internationally recognized Global Reporting Initiative ("GRI") Standards: GRI Standards 2021 and in compliance with Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") Listing Rules 711A and 711B, as well as the Common Set of Core Metrics. We have also referred to the Recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures ("TCFD") as well as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals ("UN SDGs"). The GRI Standards 2021 were adopted as the reporting framework of this report as they provide thorough requirements for engagement of stakeholders as well as a wide range of materiality topics which are relevant to the nature of our businesses. This Sustainability Report focuses on the material topics identified and is issued with the approval of the Board and shall be read in conjunction with the other sections of the Annual Report, and other sustainability-related disclosures.
